Refund policy
Effective for orders placed on or after November 3, 2026
At AutoBay, customer satisfaction is our goal. Please read this policy before placing your order.
1. Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order for a full refund at any time before it ships. Email us at cs@shopautobay.com with your order number. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled and is handled as a return under Section 3.
2. Damaged, Defective, Wrong, or Missing Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, not what you ordered, or missing parts, contact us at cs@shopautobay.com within 7 days of delivery and include your order number and photos of the issue. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund, including original shipping. If a return is needed, we will provide a free prepaid return label.
3. Returns for Other Reasons (Change of Mind / Ordered by Mistake)
You may return most items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in their original packaging.
- Contact us at cs@shopautobay.com before sending anything back. Items returned without prior approval cannot be accepted.
- Once your return is approved, we will email you a prepaid return label.
- A flat return shipping fee of $9.99 will be deducted from your refund.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
4. Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect: food, beverages, coffee and tea, pet food and treats, vitamins and supplements, water purification tablets and other consumables, personal care and hygiene products once opened, custom or personalized items, hazardous materials, and gift cards.
5. Delivery Delays
If your order has not shipped within 7 days after the estimated delivery date we provided, you may cancel it for a full refund.
6. Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method once the return carrier scans your package. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.
7. Exchanges
To exchange an item, please return it under this policy and place a new order for the item you want.
8. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason, without justification. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
