Processing & Transit Time
Please note: estimated shipping timelines do not include order processing time.
Delivery time = Processing time + Transit time
- Processing time: 3–5 business days (Monday to Friday)
- Transit time (United States): 3–8 business days (Monday to Friday)
Business days do not include weekends or public holidays. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link by email.
If your shipment does not arrive (e.g., lost in transit), please contact us as soon as possible and we will sort it out for you.
Important: Customers are responsible for providing us with the correct shipping and billing address. If you realize that your address is incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible. If the product has already been shipped, a refund cannot be processed until the product has been returned to us.
