The old neck pillow's height can also be adjusted, but can only be adjusted slightly as the setting spots are fixed on the pillow. However, for this new neck pillow, it can be set up to whatever height you desire. No matter how tall you are, it will meet your needs.

We've provided an extra filling bag so if you think the pillow is not thick enough, you could add some filler into the pillow. If you think it's too hard/thick, and you want it to be softer/thinner, then take some filler out from the pillow. All for your personal preference.
